Madinet Masr, established in 1959 and listed on the Egyptian Exchange in 1996 (MNHD.CA), stands as a prominent real estate developer in Egypt with a well-established brand. By 2019, the company had developed around 40 million square meters of land in the suburbs of Cairo, now inhabited by nearly 3 million residents.
It also holds a substantial land portfolio of approximately 9 million square meters under development across six projects.
About 3.5 million square meters are situated in a prime area near Cairo International Airport, while the remaining land is strategically positioned along the Suez Road in East Cairo, close to the New Administrative Capital.
